Kelly Sydnor
Kelly’s passion for dance started at the age of seven. Dancing has been a part of her life for over 35 years. She has trained in jazz, tap, lyrical, ballet, and modern dance. In high school, she was captain of their award-winning dance team that competed all over California. Her experience with the dance team included performing at Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Rams Football Half-Time Show, the Hollywood Christmas Parade, and many other parades throughout California. She was lead dancer in stage productions of Phantom of the Opera, Chicago, and Cabaret, as well as participating in many other tap and ballet productions. She has been the lead dancer in several dinner theatre productions and musical revues. She pursued dance at Orange Coast college and Cal State Fullerton taking classes inn jazz, ballet, modern, tap, choreography, and Dance for Children all while getting her Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Elementary Education. She has taught dance classes for over 20 years and enjoys sharing her love of dance with others. Kelly has had the opportunity to visit elementary schools in the Temecula Valley and share the arts with hundreds of students. She also takes great pride in helping with the Make A Difference Foundation and being a part of such an amazing cause. Early in her career, Kelly worked as a therapist for children with autism/special needs and currently instructs the special needs adult program at TDC. Kelly is happily married to her husband, Bobby, and has a wonderful son, Tyler, and a beautiful daughter, Hayden.
