Charter School & Homeschool Families

If you would like TDC to be a vendor for your charter school, please reach out to your charter school contact and let us know – we will help facilitate your request.

Registration & Billing Process

Step 1
Contact your charter school to request a Purchase Order for classes at TDC.
Step 2
Register/Enroll with TDC. Contact TDC to create a TDC account without a credit card. A Credit Card is required for registration when enrolled in any services that are not approved by a charter school purchase order. These non approved services will be billed separately from PO approved services.
Step 3
Attend your approved class(es)
Step 4
TDC will invoice your charter school for approved and attended classes.
Step 5
TDC will charge the family’s credit card on file for any fees not approved by your charter school.

Charter schools will only pay tuition for classes attended during the school calendar year and that have a valid Purchase Order. All other fees for enrolled classes, products and services will be billed to the family’s credit card on file unless another payment has been provided in advance. Charter schools typically will not pay for the following fees (check with your charter school):

Annual Registration fees ($10 Per Dancer)
Any tuition for classes or dates that do not have a valid Purchase Order.
Recital related fees (costumes, tickets, etc...)
