Kathleen Wedell has been training in dance and performing since she was four years old. Knowing that dance was her passion, she furthered her dance education at California State University, Long Beach, and graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Dance. While at Long Beach State, she received professional training in ballet, jazz and modern dance from many talented professors of dance, as well as special training in creative dance for children, stage lighting for dance and concert production. She has also performed and choreographed for the American College Dance Festival, and was a member of the award-winning Long Beach State dance team.  Kathleen has been teaching at Temecula Dance Company since 2003. She is happily married to her high school sweetheart, Michael and is the proud mother of her two wonderful kids, Chase and Ardyn.
