Cammi Nevarez is from Southern California. In May 2016, Cammi received her B.A. in Dance and a Minor in Business Entrepreneurship from Point Park University. After graduating, Cammi continued her education in New York joining Michael Mao Dance in 2017. She worked alongside Parsons Dance in 2018, then joined Sweetbird Productions on their 2018-19 Germany/Switzerland tour of Rock the Ballet. Shortly after, Cammi toured throughout France with Sweetbird productions Romeo and Juliet (as Juliet). Cammi is also an ambassador for Flexistretcher and has been fortunate enough to perform works by the Martha Graham Company. Additionally, she taught Contemporary classes and helped curate the Adult Heels class at Millennium Dance Complex, Pittsburgh. Cammi’s background in commercial dance, as instructed by Erik Saradpon and Jimmy Peters, has been very instrumental in landing commercial jobs while pursuing concert dance. In 2012, Cammi won the prestigious Spotlight Artistic Scholarship for non-classical dance. Cammi has also done work with Nickelodeon and Sony Pictures Entertainment.
