Cancellations

Class Cancellation

 

All cancellations must be in writing prior to the last day of the month.  As a courtesy, we ask for a one-week written notice before the end of the month if the dancer is going to discontinue classes at TDC. This is so we have time to invite the next dancer on the waiting list to join the class for the following month. 

Please Note: If written notice is not received by the last day of month, you will be billed and responsible for following month's tuition.

 


CANCELLATION NOTICE MUST BE IN WRITING in the form of...

(1)  e-mail to accounts@temeculadancecompany.com (you will receive e-mail confirmation within 1 business day)

(2)  Certified mail to 28404 Felix Valdez Avenue, Temecula, CA 92590.

(3)  Completed cancellation form available at the studio. 

CANCELLATION BY PHONE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
